There are times when you may need immediate care for your eyes. Any time you experience trauma to your eyes or if you get anything in your eye, such as chemicals or foreign objects, you should be seen as soon as possible.

If your eyes are painful, red, swollen or are experiencing flashes of lights, it is important to be seen by an optometrist as soon as possible. The sooner you treat your eyes, the quicker you can have relief and start to feel better.
