- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (By appointment only; select Saturdays)
- Note: Hours may vary due to staff meetings and/or family commitments. Please call ahead if you don’t have an appointment!📞
📍 Arrival & Parking
- Parking: Plenty of free parking is available in front and on side streets.🚗
- Space Limit: Our gallery is cozy! To keep everyone comfortable, please come alone to your appointment. Children or those needing assistance may certainly bring one adult.👥
🗓️ Our Policies
- No Walk-ins: Appointments are required for all services, including frame browsing and pickups please.🛑
- Health: Feeling unwell? Not to worry, please let us know and we’ll happily reschedule.🤒
- Punctuality: Our schedule helps us give every patient the care they deserve! We kindly ask that you arrive right on time. Because we want to ensure a full, thorough exam, late arrivals unfortunately cannot be seen and will be subject to a missed appointment fee.
- Cancellations: We know life happens! If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer that spot to someone else or help a patient with an emergency.🆘 A $50 fee applies to appointments that are missed, late, or cancelled without that 48-hour heads-up.🙏💸
👓 Frames & Warranty
- Clean & Safe: We sanitize every frame and high-touch surface constantly. Your health is our priority!✨
- Warranty: Most frames include a one-year warranty. Should you need a replacement, a $30 processing fee applies (subject to manufacturer approval and availability).👓
- External Orders: A service fee applies for verifying glasses bought elsewhere.🔍
