😷 MASKS: As per public health guidelines, masks are optional at this time.

🧼 CLEAN HANDS: When you arrive, please kindly clean your hands with hand sanitizer which we will provide for you at the front desk.

📍 SPACE LIMITATION: as our waiting room/frame gallery is a small area, we kindly ask only the person with the appointment come into the office. Children and individuals who require assistance can certainly be accompanied by ONE adult.

🚷 We will no longer be able to accommodate walk-in patients . All patients must have an appointment prior to coming into the office. This also includes those who would like to look at our frame gallery and/or pick up glasses/contact lenses. This will help us ensure we have adequate staff on duty to help you.

✅ COVID-19 SCREENING: Please let us know if you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment date/time and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

⏱ YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME: We kindly ask all patients to please be on time to their scheduled appointment. This will allow us time to disinfect all areas prior to the arrival of the next patient. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be seen as it will not give us enough time for your appointment AND disinfecting the office prior to the next patient. Late arrivals will be subject to the office No-show/missed appointment fee.

📝 If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 48-hours notice. By giving us advance notice of your cancellation, we will be able to accommodate those who are on the wait list and those who need emergency appointments. In response to this, we will be implementing a $50 no-show/missed appointment fee for any appointment that is missed, late or not cancelled without 48 hours advance notice.

🤓 FRAMES: If you would like to try on any of our frames from our frame studio, please ask one of our team members for help. Once you are done trying on frames, they will be placed to the side. All frames will be cleaned thoroughly before being put back into our frame studio.

🧻 FREQUENCY OF CLEANING: Our team will be doing a thorough clean before we start the day and at the end of the day. All high-frequency touchpoints will be cleaned in between patients.
